New member from Springfield MO
Howdy! I've been reading posts here for several days. Thought I should join in and take it a step further.
I've been interested in Real Estate investing for several years. It seems like a good time to be a buyer, and recently I began a quest to purchase my first home. In the process of learning everything that I could, I have again become interested in investment properties.
So I am learning, looking at funding options, and hoping that one day soon I can begin to call my self an active REI :)
