I stumbled upon this forum a while ago, used it sparingly at first, but now I see what a great tool it is for anyone interested in real estate and investing.
I am 23 years old and was born and raised in Loomis, CA (small town about 30 minutes from Sacramento). Real estate investing has been an important part of my grandparents life and I learned that it can be used to gain significant wealth and financial freedom with hard work and time.
Currently. I am looking to use a buy and hold strategy in Sacramento, CA. I manage a piece of commercial property that I inherited but am eager to get my own investments rolling.
I would love to hear from anyone on the forum but especially people around the Sacramento area :)
