Hi Everyone,

My name is Eric Ray and I am one of the owners of Equity Realty. We work with investors, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. My main role is to help our clients make wise decisions when buying investment properties in the Kansas City area. We are working to lead the charge locally on utilizing Self Directed IRA's to purchase real estate.

My goal on here is to learn and network. There is a wealth of knowledge on BP and I believe anyone can learn something valuable from others. Hopefully, I will be able to share some knowledge with you too!

@Eric Ray That was our first visit, but it's certainly not a bad drive—roughly 3 hours. I grew up watching the Chiefs in Arkansas since we don't have teams of our own. I'll have to catch my first pro ball game next year, for sure.

From Kansas City here. Looking to buy my first property in the area soon and connect with other KC investors.

I'm pretty flexible on areas as of now. Trying to keep it within a thirty minute drive of my home in Leawood, KS. The Westport area seems attractive to me. I try and avoid East of Prospect or too far north.
