Hello from South Alabama
Hello everyone my name is Philip Linton, I live on the Alabama Gulf Coast mid-way between Mobile and Pascagoula, Mississippi. I am new to real estate investing but have read a lot posts and a few books on REI in recent years. I would like to begin wholesaling but expand to flipping rehabs as my knowledge of such increases to a comfortable level. I am currently working in industrial construction and will work with wholesale deals part time.
