Hello smart people, my name is Indra and I have been wanting to get into real estate for few years now. I own a two units house that gives me a consistent and beautiful cash flow. Im having difficulty finding financing to purchase my next house even though my credit is impeccable and i have a full time job. I was so desperate to get into real estate that I went and got my RE license but I don't think i want to be an agent.
After reading about RE investment for so long, I think,i would like to have some rentals for the passive income, but would also like to flip. Any thoughts or ideas?
