I have been listening from the sidelines for a while and am ready to get active on the site. I am ready to learn.
bout me: I am a professional pilot. I do work a lot but I also get a lot of time off and as such am able to spend a lot of time learning about real estate investment.
That being said the good news is I don't need an income from real estate just want to build my portfolio.
My plan,which could change as I learn more is to buy and hold.
