Hi Everybody! So I'm new! and not just to the forum, but to real estate as well! I have worked in a mortgage/Real Estate company for a little over a year, but now I am officially licensed and ready to work on my own. A friend of my recommended this forum, so I thought I would check it out. I have been working for a real estate company, However, mainly focusing on loans. I understand Loans very well, but when it comes to real estate I get the basics, but now I would like the inside scoop:) I don't know if these forums are just for investors, but if anybody could give some advice/suggestions on how to market, and win clients over.. that would be great. There is A LOT of competition over here. And It would just be interesting to hear what people consider a good real estate agent..
