Hi,
My name is Nate Herrick and I'm glad I found this group as it seems free from the "sales pitch". I recently moved from central NJ to Redondo Beach, CA and I'm interested in learning as much as possible from this group on the southern CA market as well as others across the country. I currently own two single family rental properties in CT and NJ but I consider myself new to real estate investing. I currently own a luxury vacation rental business but I'm even more excited to start my new business. Looking to do a deal within the next 2 months. Any recommendations for what my first steps should be? I'm ready to make contacts with the right people. Thank you.
