Eager to Learn Newbie from Jessup MD
Hello All,
My name is Tyrus Shivers and I am reside in Jessup MD. I am retired Air Force, and currently work as a Sys. Admin. I own a small Cyber Consulting (Security) company and I am looking to invest in real estate. I am totally new and the only experience I have is from some legal courses involving real estate.
I am seeking to invest in both residental (tenants) and commercial (apartments) real estate. Networking and partnerships are also a priority for me.
I found BP by doing some searching online about sound real estate advice. I have been looking over the site, and I am very happy to see many experienced and new investors working together.
Any advice is appreciated and I will be asking tons of questions. Mentorship if available would be great.
I do have a wife and two kids and I am finishing up coursework to complete my MS in Cybersecurity.
