Newbie from Katy, Texas
Hello everyone, I just signed up on BP and wanted to drop a line and say hello.
A little about me. I live in Katy, a suburb in the West Houston, TX area. I graduated from The University of Houston a few years ago with a degree in Construction. I currently work for a Metal Building MFG but want to start REI on the side and eventually do it full time. I would like to invest in single family homes for now (buy, rehab, & hold), then possibly get into small multi family complexes. I have a lot to learn first though. All of this info I have been reading is very intimidating. I cant wait to see what's in store on this website. Tons of great info and articles. I am very grateful to find such a great site.
