New BP Member - Jeff Stoddard
Hi Everyone - My name is Jeff Stoddard and I live in Portland, Maine with my wife and 2 1/2 year old son. I'm in the education phase of my real estate investing career and stumbled upon BP while Googling various topics. The information on this site is amazing. The podcast is great as well.
I hope to buy and hold a couple of 2-4 unit multis this year with the hopes of purchasing 1 per quarter for the next few years. I'm also very interested in fix and flipping at some point.
My hobbies include hanging out with my family, flying a Cessna 172, brewing beer and water sports on lakes including water skiiing, kayaking and swimming.
My day job is as a Healthcare IT consultant. I look forward to interacting more with the people on this site and actually putting to work what I've learned so far.
