Investor Loans
I am looking to see if anybody out there know's if the guidlines have changed regarding investor loans. I have investors that own 4 properties and are looking to acquire additional properties at least 10 each but we are hearing that most banks will not go past 4 properties. Buyers have the 3 items needed great credit, verifiable income and assets reserves. Looking for some feedback.
