Bench advertising for leads

I drove through a roundabout that seems like it get's a lot of traffic and there are a lot of bandit signs from different businesses and even a bench with an ad saying "we buy houses." There's also a park bench advertising for you to put your add there.

Does anyone have any experience with bench advertising for leads?
