liability risks

I have several buy and hold rental properties and feel I have a decent understanding of my liability exposure and the actions I can take to mitigate and minimize any risks involved in that fashion of real estate investing.

I am curious of the more prevalent liability risks in fix and flip transactions. What types of lawsuits are most common in fix and flip transactions.
