Question specific to Philadelphia
Hi forum, I'm new here. I'm currently living in Philadelphia and am looking to purchase my first investment property. It will likely be something that needs a complete rehab, and I'm capable of doing almost all of the work myself. Looking through the L&I website, the permit process here seems pretty daunting, especially if you aren't just hiring a GC to run things. If anyone here is from Philadelphia and would be willing to spend half an hour talking me through the process and answering some questions, I'll buy you lunch wherever you'd like.
