My turn for a fire

We had a substantial fire this weekend at one of the rentals. I'm compiling some notes and will post them in the near future, in case anyone else gets that call.
It seems like the insurance company doesn't care to send an insurance adjuster on the weekends, which is pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

The have also directed me to leave my stinky, waterlogged dwelling alone.
Never been to this seminar. Can someone offer me the early stage process on rehabbing a charred home?

thanks
