Hi Oscar,

I am an account executive at Equistar Financial and we offer 11% return to our investors secured by first trust deeds at 65% loan-to-value.

The investment money goes through a third party escrow and your investor's name will be vested directly on the deed of trust. Equistar Financial will service the loan and handle any problems.

If you are interested, send me an email and I will add you to our investor mailing list. As 1st trust deeds become available, I will notify you.
