Loss mit is no help ("GMAC doesn't sell notes."). Sale is Thursday. Is it too late to buy the 2nd on this property (at a discount of course.) Does anyone have a better number than loss mit to call to offer to buy the paper?

We also have an interest in buying from Citibank and Meridias.

Sorry to hear about your situation with loss mit. I do not deal with them but have heard stories. Most of my clients are private sellers and investor buyers.

Hi Guru...thanks for the welcome!

I don't know if GMAC is wacked with their recent sale (who bought them? I dont remember) but they would rather lose their shirt tomorrow. We decided to do a repayment plan with first and go for an overall shortsale next. Wish us luck. :lol:
