Oh yeah we know about Jack Miller he is a guru on options but just wanted to find out about some others who are out there.

I googled Wade Cook today and found a good book of his on Amazon for $0.01 plus S&H which was $3.99 what a great deal!

If you remember anyone else please let me know.

Barney Zick is a name to check when it comes to options. He died a couple of years ago so it might be a bit hard to find his options course. I believe his wife is still active but no idea if they are still selling Barney's materials.

The guy was a CCIM commercial agent and very active for a long time. I first saw him speak in the 1980's.

Seller financing? I would check out Bronchick first to see what he has. The logic is that as a lawyer his materials are more likely to be clear about the legal principals.
