Its okay. Nothing spectacular. His main guy, Nathan is actually a student of someone else who he basically got all that info from. I'm new here, and unsure of the rules, so I won't say his name, however, he just launched a new program and I'm sure you've heard his name if you get any email newsletters or whatever. I had about 6 different people sending me all his launch marketing, etc. lol

Anyway, for what it costs, its not bad. The audio portion is not good, its basically just some interviews. The contect is decent, if you're a beginning short saler it is a decent program for a decent price. If you can invest a little more, get something better. If cash is an issue, its not a bad intro to the SS niche.

I just bought the system, I don't think it lives up to its claims but its ok. I've been doing short sales as a realtor not as an investor so I was eager to see what it covered that I did not already know. I learned a little but I could have done without the CD's. Contact me if you are a beginner in short sales .....I can help you start out for free.
