I have to agree with everyone here this is an awesome community and there are many reasons why I love it but the most important reason is that it is monitored well and the moderators will allow no BS!!!!!

I love it because of the differences of methods and the differing opinions expressed within even the same method.

All discussed rationally (normally) and open to fair critique of everyone and for everyone's benefit.

And that brings us to the biggest advantage of biggerpockets, It was created for US.

I am just now finding this post, but I have to say I have learned more here thank anywhere else!!!!! This seems to be the only place to get the goods on anything real estate.
