The Short Sales Riches System is promoted by some guys out of Tampa, Florida, Chris McLaughlin and Nathan Jurewicz; I have the course with like 3 CD's. I have not completed any short sale deals yet. However, I have joined an Investor's team, as one of his real estate agents; and I have two that I am working on for owner-occupants (one under contract for the last 4 months).

I was wondering if anyone was using it, heard of it, etc. If so, how has it been going?

I will keep you posted on my progress with these transactions.

Thanks,
Ariane :D

This is a great course if you know nothing about short sales it gives you the inner workings of a short sale.Things you won"t see in the average course

Hello and Good Luck, I posted this in another forum here it applies here too.

I have been reading these posts in this forum and I am very impressed at the amount of coverage on both Gurus. So what is the verdict Nathan Jurewicz or DC Fawcetts plan?

Personally I have material from both and have had DC's coaching on the internet for $49 a month the information seems generic and long to reply questions. I was not aware that they will not work with you unless you pay the $5k for the whole program.

I just closed on my first short sale deal and I used "The Short Sales Riches [System]" by Nathan Jurewicz and Chris McLaughlin to prepare my documents and followed there plan. I was not able to sell the property to an end user so I sold my option to an investor, made $3,500 for about 2 months time. I did not use any funding.

I know they these 2 guys know what they are talking about, my question to you guys is which is better to follow for the part-time low priced home investor?

Thank, looking forward to networking here for a while.

Enrique

If it is as you say

Personally I have material from both and have had DC's coaching on the internet for $49 a month the information seems generic and long to reply questions.
then it is not worth even 49 per month, much less the higher amounts.

Most of all the guru programs have good information in them, and are good as references to go back to later, but I would question the need for spending the money when there are many here on BP that will answer any direct questions about specific situations for free.

Hola Enrique!

I also have Nathan's program and still trying to get my head around it. setting up the system sound do' able and an actual strategy on doing short sales.

i am actually a realtor and switching to being an investor to set up the short sales system. (although, i do have short sales's experience, and definitely prefer a negotiator....)

i would like to review notes with you to make sure i am getting it all figure out well in my head. I am located in San Antonio, TX.

i am wondering if you would be willing to let me see DC's jv agreement with realtors.

Gracias!
Alex

For the 49 a month coaching that is how I felt. The $97 a month coaching offers a lot of one on one and live conference calls and webinars.

For the Newbie either one would be helpful. Anyone with a little experience the e-books, CDs and printed Manuals are all you need. I personal have material from both McLaughlin & Jurewicz and DC Fawcett I read both and adjust to the situation at hand.

Both get recommendations from me. :D

Hello everybody,

Yes, this system is great for beginners that want to shift their mindset on "creative short sale investing." I've personally have been doing these types of A to B, B to C deals since the whole "Land Trust" method become criticized by lenders and the public.

It seems hard to believe that he is behind all his riches but he really is! He teaches you how to create a "business" especially an automated business.

The Short Sale Riches system has provided many starting investors with a good blueprint - one that not all realtors will buy into, but you do not need all of them, right? Enrique, monthly coaching calls are a good starting place but generally do not seem to provide detail. For both of these topics you may find as much detail browsing this site and asking specific questions, as there are a multitude of experienced short sale investors here.

I'd like to hear from Realtors that have worked with the structure that is explained in this system?
Any feedback?

I'm considering purchasing courses from: (1) DC Fawcett; (2) Short Sales Riches from Nathan and Chris; and (3) Jeff Kaller.

How does compare to each other? What are the pros and cons of each? Are all these guys legit, or are they all crooks?

Thanks,

Lynn
