Any experience with Eric Medamar's course anyone?

Hi all! Just wondering if anyone had the chance to review Eric Medamar's course that he sells for about 99 bucks. It seems very promising, and from what I've seen of him, he seems genuine and knowledgable. Anyone have any thoughts about that? Thanks! :cool:

I don't know about his course, but he is an active poster here on BP.  Look him up, check out his articles, forum posts, etc., and you'll get to know him better.

if so, I think he's cool! the stuff he posts here he posts in several other places but nonetheless it's pretty good stuff for newer investors. To spend $99 on something isn't a big deal considering you can be assured you'll at least pick up 1 nugget that will either save or make you that tenfold.

It's when products reach the $500 mark is when I really know whether it's worth it or not.

His course has excellent ground work but pitches a seller financing program or mortgage program that makes you a few hundred bucks if you use his sources.

Not bad material though.
