I don't know anything about either Wendy Patton or Linkoptions. Perhaps others here have heard of them.

We've been full time investing for over 5 years and have done almost every strategy. We've used the Link Options strategy to sell our own fix & flips when the market started turning and then we figured a way to do this for other investors/homeowners who were having the same challenges in selling for top retail and maximizing profits.

After countless requests to take on students, be a mentor, take on apprentices to learn this strategy, we decided to put EVERYTHING we do in this business on video....and there you have Link Options! Similar in concept to Wendy Patton's Cooperative Assignments, but very different in technique. Wendy Patton is a very good friend and colleague of ours.

Annelise, I would LOVE your straight forward feedback on what was "kinda fishy" on our sales pitch page. I think your advice is EXCELLENT and I 2nd it tenfold!

Keith and I have spent sooooo much on truly fishy stuff that we later regretted, and we definitely believe in the product we've created with our partners Nate & Zach. Top-notch, detailed, practical content and value for the investment has always been our priorities ever since we decided to do this. That along with no further up-selling! LOL! We're NOT in the seminar/sales business. We run a Link Options business full-time and LOVE it over anything else we have done.

We very recently launched the product, and it's more like a pre-launch really with special pricing for our Facebook friends (we're having some FB issues getting our marketing out). We just added a Q&A Forum to the training and we continuously add to the content as we adapt, adjust and further streamline each month in this business.

So NICE to see that Zach and Shannon (business partners from what I read above) have voted each other up. My guess here is that was done to "boost their influence" - especially since Zach's post was moderated (and lost points as a result).

Let's see if somebody independent of "Link Options" (and not named Wendy Patton either) can give an opinion on this product offering ...
