Fix & Flip Money Machine

Anyone know how well this works? Watched a webcast on their Fix & Flip Money Machine where they help you find properties to fix & flip. They fund the purchase and rehab, then split the profit with you upon sale. Seems good, but I don't know how to tell the good from the bad.
