Property Management Software for a Start Up
Currently I am in the process of starting a Property Management Company and taking a look at the different software available. I am also exploring the idea of purchasing a franchise? Any advice/thoughts on either would be appreciated.
I plan on primarily focusing on Residential Property but might venture into Commercial in a couple of years. Does anyone have any experience with any of these that they would like to share? Pros vs Cons? Best or Better for Start Up? Cost vs Value? Ease of Use? Customer Service?
