If they are commercial properties, use Loopnet or CoStar. Those are the two best commercial databases. Loopnet will allow you to put some residential income properties on there as well.

Is there something wrong with them that you want to 'get rid of' them? If so, you may want to consider advertising them as distressed properties, cutting prices, and still advertising them on the MLS. It's where people are looking, so maybe it's just the ad content that's the problem and not the website.

Craigslist, Kijiji, googlebase, backpage, post videos to youtube, trulia, zillow. Also you can try Postlets, but I quit since it drives the hits to them instead of to my site, maybe different if you upgrade from the free version.

And Facebook has the ability to list properties too. I've gotten a fair number of leads (but no buyers or renters yet) off Facebook so I'm not sure how effective it is, but if the property is in a college town, I'd do it.

Yeah facebook is getting bigger now. It is a very nice networking site.. A lot of visitors everyday so you have bigger chances of clicks.

When I sold our house FSBO (not recommended unless you have some RE experience) I used ForSaleByOwner and searched for other sites to advertise. I sold our house in 30 days while in an 86 DOM area for similar houses. They might be useful but I can't guarantee it.

I'm still reading up on the rules so I hope posting these don't violate anything. If they do, I will remove them.

Put .com for most of these but you can also try .info and .net at the end of each:

here's a quick idea. Do a video walk through of each property. While doing the walkthrough, talk about the benefits the end buyer will get from buying the property. Mention your website in the video at least 3 times and place a watermark of your website on the video.

Once complete, use tubemogul.com to upload your video to several web 2.0 video sharing sites. make sure you do some keyword research before submitting and include the keywords in your video submission.

you can also join different investor clubs websites and they let you post your property. IRCA and OCRE are two.
