Anyone using a Revenue Management Platform

Did anyone else catch the Multifamily Executive magazine article where a guru said there is no other single investment they can make that will provide a better ROI than the adoption of a revenue management platform? I presume he was talking about dynamic pricing for rental units. Anyone out there use a revenue management system? Do you think it would be useful for owners with less than 10 units?
