Online Data Mining - Pending Sales lists

Looking for sites (free or paid) that I can collect lists of Pending Home sales. Particularly looking for Florida.

Tried Zillow which has a "Pending" status but can't find a way to get a list by city, zip , or county. Have a question in to them to see if it can be done.

Thought I'd throw it out to my investor friends on BP to see if you know of websites, that a non-agent/broker can access, for getting lists Pending home sales in Florida.

Jerry K. is there no status field on your public access to MLS? The sites I use regularly (although not in Fl) have a 'status' that you can set to 'pending'. Example: http://www.nohasslepropertysearch.idxco.com/idx/4328/advancedSearch.php. The user can choose 'active', 'contingent', 'pending', or any combination. Users used to be able to select status with realtor.com many years ago... but they have 'improved' the site so even under advanced searches I can't find any method to select status.
