painting cabinets

what is the best type of paint to use on trim and cabinets. I have heard people talk about enamel, but the only enamel I have found is rustoleum, which I am sure won't work

Having grown up in the painting business and occassionally helping my Dad in his business still today - we find Kelly Moore's DuraPoxy line an excellent choice for interior woodwork - dries hard and durable - hence the "Dura"
