Does any one know of any good books on flipping houses. Or any good books about investing in real estate. There are so many to wade through. Just wondering if any one knew of a book or two that helped them invest/flip or even buy and hold. I'm looking for books more current with today's market and not ideas about why you should invest like rich dad poor dad, but more along the line of examples of how to do it with more concrete details. Thnx for your time.

are you looking for books on DIY? i bought a great book on plumbing at lowe's, and it taught me how to replumb my first house...they have those books for just about every trade...you can also look online and find most of that stuff...if you're looking for info on investing though, to be honest, i've learned more about that here, than any book i've read (and i read hundreds of books before starting) :)
