You can do a search for BP members who are in TX, a specific city or other things. It does depend on people putting their details in their profile. You can then try to get in touch with them if their posts or profiles seem of interest.
Flip this around a bit. As an active broker and investor in the local market consider introducing people you already know to BP. You can send them invites so they can join if they like what they find.
Click on someone's profile. That will bring you to the member's area. There is a search field in the top right. Put in 'Dallas' and you will get matches for everyone who has the word Dallas in their profile. Granted some are using the term in a description while others are using it to note their city. Or search for TX. Any string that helps you find people who might be of interest.
