I ve been to a couple rei clubs out there, and no I dont focus on short sale there kinda hard but my mentor/partner like to buy the note on short sale.

Well I don't focus on them either, I thought you did by the content in your message. Yes, I live in San Marcos and focus on wholesaling. So, you guys are just focusing on buying defaulted paper? I target fixers all over north county and in Fallbrook so let me know what we can work out. Looking forward to it.

I live in Corona and would love to help with an investor group here. I am an active investor and also a Broker. Short Sales are good, but recently the REO properties have been where the money is.

To the guys mentioning SD. I have two condos in the college area with appraisals at $253,000 that I'm looking for wholesale buyers... let me know.
