I haven't seen much mention of people in the central Arkansas area. Are you out there? Would anyone be interested in meeting and talking about real estate? I'm just getting started here, so any contacts would be great!
I am not from Arkansas but I lived there while in college. I am interested in returning there to do some investing. I'm in PA now. I was not sure about how real estate is going there. I have been reading the newspapers online and reconnecting with friends. How are things going for you? I am looking in Little Rock and Pine Bluff as well as surrounding areas.
There is a realtor in LR name Ralph Tillery that I spoke to recently that might be putting a group together. PM me and I will give you his email address.
Also, look up Steve Pinter. He is a C21 realtor who rehabs houses with his father.
Thanks to all that have replied. I will say that I found some other investors in the area and a REIA club meeting has taken place (finally!). We are in the organizational stages at this point, but there is activity.

It has actually fallen on me to update the site and help maintain it, so soon there should be a redesign and relaunch.
