Letter and post card mailing services

I would like to find a service that uses stamps and addressed envelopes and post cards. I think they work better than machine postage and address labels and or window envelopes. I have also heard there are places that will even hand write letters for you. i have heard them called yellow letter campaigns. Any and all thought are welcomed.

May mailings are groups from 25 - 300 at a time.

I am looking to automate as much of my marketing as possible. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

I just ordered 500 postcards from them for $62.00. There was an online coupon for free shipping and 50% off. They also offer stamp and mailing services, but I didn't price them out.

Do a Google search for Vistaprint promo codes, they always have specials.

Thanks for the reply.

I am mainly looking for a service that will print (mail merge if I desire) stuff, Stamp and mail so all i need to do is email or upload the mail list. I assume Vistaprint just prints the postcards for you.

I have tried to manage producing the campaign myself but I cannot be consistent due to other priorities that cannot be delegated. I know if I out source my marketing fulfillment I can concentrate on generating more leads and closing more deals.

Wow I clicked on reply as I had the name of a service in my head that I knew others had used, but now the name escapes me.

I personally send all of my postcards using USPS.com simple as that. Have you checked that out?

If I remember the other name, I will let you know.

In the meantime, what you are looking for is called a marketing or letter fulfillment service. You can google that. I did and here is the first result I got:

Realquest.com offers the list and the mailing. I have not joined it yet though so can't recommend it. Maybe someone here can? Also, in another post a guy from FL " Mercury? suggested Yellow letters - google that for more info. I went on their site and they have a sample letter that they mail you - I received mine. It is an ingenious simplicity based direct mail system. I may try it, but it's like $1,300 for 1,000 mailers, including postage and they do all the work, and the mailer is handwritten on a yellow legal pad paper a dn placed in a small invitation sized envelope. Try the US Postal Service. They can address and mail if you supply the mailing list. All online

i mainly use USPS.COM the printing and mailing comes to around .30 per postcard. i upload my list and the postcard, set the date i want it to go out and PRESTO. off it goes.............

William Barnett II author if " Are you dumb enough to be rich" also recommends the above USPS methods.

I recommend the book to if you don't have it.

Get a local high school kid, college kid, or stay at home mom to do your mailings for you. For .20-.25 cents an envelope they should be able to take care of everything for you.
