    Hey Mike,

I've been using Voiceshot.com for several years and have no complaints.

Jim, what's the response rate on these, cost per number and what niche are you doing?

    Hey Terry,

I'll typically get between 3-6 return calls for every 100 numbers I shoot out. And out of those 3-6 return calls, I'll talk to 1-3 homeowners and usually get 1 lease-option deal.

It takes my assistant about an hour to copy & paste 100 numbers from online newspaper sites, classified sites, landlord sites, and FSBO sites.

Oh yeah, for each successful call that goes through I pay 12 cents. So if all 100 numbers go through, I only pay $12.

Jim, what is your message call to action that the robo-blast is saying?

Also, are you targeting potential lease option folks specifically?

I've mainly been wholesaling currently, this could be great for my eviction leads.

Also- have you used voiceshot for virtual receptionist services? Their pricing looks great.

    Hi Terry,

In my script, (which is less than 60 seconds so I don't get charged for a 2nd minute), I just mention the benefits of selling their property on a lease option, then I tell them to either call me back if they're interested or to visit my website for more information.

I send them to a squeeze page that captures all of their personal and property information, not just their first name and email. This way I can cherry pick the best ones to call back and not waste my time with the tire-kickers.

I don't specifically target lease option sellers because they are far and few in between. I collect phone numbers of landlords and FSBO's from online classified sites. I also collect phone numbers from the rental sites.

Helpful Hint: Landlords are much more susceptible to doing a lease option than FSBO's are.

No, I haven't used their virtual receptionist service. And yes, their prices are great. You should take them up on their 200 free calls offer and give it a go.

By the way, that free report you got from my website will show you how to set up a squeeze page and build a huge list of buyers or sellers.

Thanks for the reply jim. Searching on google for this I came across callfire. They're supposed to be 3.5cents/min. The problem is that I can't even get their test thing to work. Oh well....guess you get what you pay for.

I know this has been old thread, just in case anyone read this thread, I was able to make Callfire work for me but now the price is 5c/min. I am purchasing the On the Go so no monthly plan since I am trying it out.
