Absentee or Inheritance List?

Absentee or Inheritance List?

Which lists do you target? Do you target the absentee list over inheritance or vice versa? Or maybe you do a combination of both? Does it depend on the market? This will be my first yellow letter campaign.

Thanks in advance.

Absentees are my top three prospect groups where inherited is my 5th. The big difference is financing options. Most inherited want to be cashed put where absentees tend to seller finance or sell sub 2

The bigger issue is inherited by itself doesn't promote an on purpose business model. More of an added prospect group. Where absentees will offer a stable model.

"Absentees are my top three prospect groups..." How do you make 3 prospect groups form absentees?

I'm trying to pull both lists, anyone know how to filter inherited properties? I'm not showing it as an option.
