Analysis Help
Need help with analysis percentages! I know they are only good for estimates but that what I need for analyzing some deals.
Annual operating expenses:
Water
Electricity
Gas
Real Estate tax
Insurance
Garbage
Property Management
Repair and Maintenance
Advertising
Vacancy
And please ad others that I missed
Also on the acquisition side: (Also do you add the cost of closing, escrow, and mortgage fees to first year cost?)
Escrow closing cost?
Mortgage fees?
Attorney Fees?
Setting up LLC or Trust?
Thanks again and please add any that I missed?
