Question

Anybody pay for access to this website. I am considering but seems spendy at 39 bucks a month.  I am new to REI and having troubles finding discounted properties. 
I haven't been to my local REI club yet, but I would hope the proerties listed here would be at least better than the MLS. Or is it the same???

I used the site for about a month. Like they say, "You get what you pay for." If you are lucky! Anyway, yes there are some inflated ARV's etc. But, I have also met some other wholesalers and closed a few deals. Could I have accomplished the same thing without the use of the site? Probably, maybe, more than likely.

Is it worth $39 bucks? It was for me. But, I understand the comments about pay sites. They are everywhere. "Give us $97, and we will open Fort Knox!" Claim most. Yes, everybody is a Guru ad selling something. At least you have the common sense to inquire. I know of many who have spent thousands of dollars, and unfortunately could have gotten as far by spending ZERO!

I paid for the upgrade on their site.  However,  I still have the free account status even though they got the money for a year subscription.  I am sure this was just an error but now I am having trouble contacting anyone from MHD to remedy the situation.  So as of right now I can not recommend the site.

I just got charged for their service and didn't even get a confirmation when it processed. I was trying to get another package. I ha e emailed them and hope they are stand up people.

I used to be a member in the Los Angeles network.  Most of the motivated seller leads where people upside down, providing very unrealistic values of what their property is worth.  Some of the wholesale deals made a bit of sense.

We did not renew our membership, but we do post our wholesale deals to their network (that part is free).

They send a weekly email for free, with a portion of their deals:

"Below, you will find info on 5 Los Angeles area wholesale deals from the last 7 days alone. There are 33 currently available wholesale deals in the Los Angeles area.

All values (ARV, Repairs, etc.) for the property below were submitted by the seller, so please do your own due diligence to verify. Contact the seller below if interested.

Plus, see below for 73 Los Angeles Motivated Seller Leads from the past 2 weeks alone."

I ask because typically, when a members posts a reference for a company on their first and only post, they end up being someone working for the company.  What is your affiliation?

Are there any members who have been a part of the community for more than 1 post who can provide a review?
