Has anyone used them to set up a self-directed IRA with checkbook control? They seem to be a little less ($2,500) than some other companies providing this. I know one local investor who used them, and has not had any issues, but he only set this up late in 2007, so I'd like to get feedback from others that have dealt with them longer.
