Where do i begin in wholesaling?

Question

Sup BP, i just moved out here to arizona and my question is where do you begin first in wholesaling? i found that from the average salary, single and married couples could afford houses around 140k - 249k, which would be a 3/2 house.  Now that i know this where do i find these houses?

Possible?  Yes.  Probable? No.

Generally wholesalers and re agents are trying to accomplish two different things.  Agents and wholesalers clash all of the time.

I went driving through neighborhoods yesterday areound phoenix and found a couple houses. Out of the 4 houses i found 3 of them had realtor signs in front of them. My question is it possible to acquire these properties through a realtor and wholesale them?

I am not really sure since I dont use them, but I believe you can get them from a title company in the area.

Jason, you came in the right place if you really do want to start a wholesale business. I am also new in the business and I got started in here just as stated by Mr. Jason Cummins. I drive around a lot myself to get to know the kind of houses I have in my area and the neighboring cities. 
                                                                        
                                                                        When I see a house for sale with realtors, I call the number and ask them a couple of questions like "how much is the selling price", "how long has it been in the market" and the typical detail of a house like number of bed/bath, etc. This way I can get a feel of how the market is going in a certain area of my neighborhood.
                                                                        
                                                                        And REI clubs are a great way for other investors to know who you are in the business and network with them. Read up in "Real Estate Marketing" forums also. I got a lot of good ideas to incorporate in my business. I'm just starting so I've yet to actually get the ideas going and tally its effectiveness in my market. It's a great business!!
