Wholesaling Contracts and Forms

I believe these are the standard contracts and forms needed in a wholesale deal. Can someone please confirm this and also send me a sample or post a link to each?

Offer Contract (inspection contingency clause)
Assignment of Contract
Purchase and Sale ( and/or assigns clause)
