has anyone used analyzeddeals? any advice about it? or would it be more beneficial to find buyers on my own because they charge 3% for bringing in a buyer from a real estate agent otherwise you cannot submit a deal.

I haven't used their buyers list or deals but I have read their free wholesale course and learned a lot from it.
But as far as their 3% for their buyers I would first build my buyers list myself the only time I would even consider that is if I couldn't wholesale something real quick and needed a buyer fast but overall I would build your buyers list and work from that list.
J,
1st off I would have to agree with Mr. Investor. In my humble opinion find your own buyers through bandit signs, ads, and the internet. Craigslist is amazing for your real estate business. I have heard great things about the company you mentioned though... i hope that helps..
I've heard good things about that company as well, however, the deals are not worth pursuing, Not the ones sent to me anyway. Just more lower than retail homes, priced about the same as forecloures, not low enough for me.
Same here. I am a subscriber to there site but just for the information. The properties are close to retail cost and I have local Realtors that I can give 3% if I needed to market properties that way. But still a good site to learn from.
