Hello Everyone,
I am a REI in Buffalo New York and I was just trying to find copies of wholesaling contracts. Do anyone know where I can find copies or do I have to create it myself? Or do anyone have a sample copy of one?
Thanks
Larisha

I was told that in NY you need to have a lawyer close (not just a title company) so you may as well have them do the contract for you. it will generally be a kind of package deal, talk to a few lawyers and see how much they want.
So if im wholesaling a property on contract, should i ask the lawyer to right out a contract then. How do the process work.
I work at a law firm, one of the partners told me they would draft the purchase agreement (including and/or assigns) and then also the contracts for between me and the investor. it's a good idea because a local lawyer should know things you won't even think of (like including a statement that they must not remove countertops or a garbage disposal, things you really may never even imagine but that people will do to screw you out of an extra buck)
So Corey let me get this right. I am in the middle of NEGOTIATING with a homeowner and I must stop the process in order to go and find an attorney to process the paperwork for me.
With business being done like that, that means know one is making any money up there.
Talk to some of the Gurus on the BP site and they should have one for you.
Corey has got me all FEARFUL. Sike, Corey that is to deep for me. There is to much free info out here.
If you need a contract pm. But, don't do it until the am.

Lighten up Corey. I am not one who likes to beat up on anyone. I was just responding to your post in the way that I thought was appropriate.
Our contract is done and was looked at by my attorney, but it was drafted by an attorney.
I will make this post short and sweet. I apologize to you because it sounds like you really got offended. Did not mean to offend. To busy doing deals and making money to focus on the touchy feely things.
I was being SARCASTIC, but not at you. Sometimes you have to be able to read between the lines, if not you will get stuck on the paper.
Pls accept my apology and go and make a GREAT day by doing a deal today.
