I justlooking for everyones opionions on this topic,with so many foreclosures out there what would be the best stragety to invest or make money off of foreclosures as a wholesaler or investor in general.................reo's,short sales,pre-forecloures or any other strategy their might be.if you are also investing in foreclorues right now please state whats working for you,im also curious since im just startng out if its for a novice like myself

As a new real estate investor in the business I think you should focus on finding a motivated seller who "needs to sell" and then you apply a real estate stratergy that makes sense for both you and the seller.

Focus on doing some marketing to get these people to call to give you some info about their situation. From this point you can focus on spending your time with the most motivated people who "need to sell" and not "want to sell"

I wholeheartedly agree with Aaron. Start at the very begining and applie what you know. Once you have a few of those under your belt and understand the process then learn about REOs, Short Sales, etc. It won't take long to get through your first few deals but if you are dong something wrong and add another system into the mix of wholeselling, you could have complete failure.
