Hello everyone my name is LaWanda. I am looking to network with investors in the Brazoria Co. and surrounding areas. Let me tell you a little about myself. I am new to the business. I have decided to start wholesaling deals to get started. I have read alot of information on wholesaling. I am very eager to get started but I really don't know where to start. Do I look for buyers first or deals first. What kind of clauses I should have in my offer/purchase contract? I want to have everything figured out and in place so I can eliminate alot of mistakes.
