Any reliable source of wholesale properties likely won't post them on a website in the hope that some random internet persona will come along and buy them. My suspicion is that any such site that you find will be selling bad deals to newbies. Be careful!

I am not looking to buy wholesale properties like right from the banks. I am looking for wholesaler who resell properties at a steep discount.

I agree with Bryan, sort of.

I'll be posting my deals on a website, simply to direct people who want more information. I don't think I'll be posting any bad deals.

But, every other wholesale website I've ever seen cannot figure out what cashflow is, and are usually trying to get market prices. IE: Bad deals. Guess I'll have to try really hard to be different.

Read up on the landlord and rental forum on the 50% and 2% rules, and make sure you do your due diligance on every property, regardless of what a wholesaler tells you. Find your own comps, do your own rental analysis, and inspect the damages yourself.

Hey William. I'm not sure where you live, but my staff rounds up the wholesale deals in 15 markets and puts them on my website. We get most of them by calling/emailing the active wholesalers.
