Eviction Lists
I am new to BP and to wholesaling deals. Only been doing this for a month, but have a strong partner that is putting me under his wing.
My question to the forum is : Are there any lists out there for public use or purchase, that lists properties where tenants are being evicted? I dont need the evicted tenants name, but the property owners info. If this information is out there, where is it?
Just trying to target some real estate owners and see if they want to sell instead of dealing with dead beat tenants.
