I want to learn the real estate business
by first assigning contracts.

I would appreciate if somebody would help me with my first deal.

The basic and easiest method is to assign a contract to a cash buyer. All you need is the assignment contract, put the property under contract to purchase.Have your cash buyer execute an assignment contract with you.You can collect your fee from them now or at closing. Turn all docs in to the closing attorney with buyers contact info.
