Good morning! Just curious how many of you have been to house auctions either online or in person, and if you feel you can acquire a good deal from them? I recently was in contact with someone who has a house to get rid of due to the mother going in a nursing home. I didn't offer a deal fast enough, and now it will be up for auction in about a month. The listing says that no matter what price it goes for that it will be sold! I am hoping not many people show up. Whats your guys experience with this?
